Inferno Cantina - Salt Lake City

Funny atmosphere, good food and great drinks!! I was surprised to find they had my fav tequila Cabo UNO )

Strip Club?. Food was ok, the place turns into some type of night club later in the evening with chicks in bikinis dancing all over. Not the best place for families. Very bar/alcohol oriented. Friendly staff.

This place has great food, awesome staff and service and a huge menu of great Mexican food. The queso fundido, chip, (big tortillas), and salsa are killer. If it is Mexican you like, this place is a must.

I admit it. I picked out the Inferno Cantina for lunch solely because of its name. I really did expect to walk in the doors and find the poet Virgil waiting to guide me through nine circles of, well, lunch.

Based on the reviews I thought we would give it a try....wouldn't go back! EVER!!!! Regardless of how expensive the tequila they don't know how to make a good margarita. Tried the carne asada, fish and pork tacos. NASTY greasy and terrible flavor. It is a night club so even early before the club starts it is stinky, dirty and the patio had cigarette butts everywhere. Very worn and dirty. Don't waste your time or money!!!
