Contribute FeedbackHub & Spoke Diner offers a lively dining experience with good service and a cute atmosphere. While some found the food to be bland and the Italian soda terrible, others praised the location, atmosphere, and delicious dishes. Despite some issues with noise levels and slow service, many appreciated the warm atmosphere and tasty, albeit caloric, food. With a variety of menu options, including favorites like Spaetzle Mac & Cheese and Kentucky Hot Brown, Hub & Spoke Diner has something for everyone. Overall, the restaurant seems to be on the upswing, with improved food quality and a loyal customer base frequenting the establishment.
Presumably one of the best breakfast menus in utah. it has all traditional brkkie elements, but with a unique twist. everything was cooked to perfection! even on a busy day tomorrow. our wait was only 15, which is amazing for a holiday morning. the whammy and the waffles were good from this world. so humid. the waffel was perfect and the sauce was great. we also had the brisket benedict who was crazy! can not wait to go back and try other objects.
We wanted to try a new place for our jubilee. for a casual culinary experience or brunch this is a great place to go! service was friendly and fast. eating was amazing! and the atmosphere on the outside terrace was comfortable and intimate. we will definitely go back to try more dishes, including some vegan dishes that sound amazing!
Good quality eating with all the basics they expect, and a few unique dishes like the Portuguese breakfast. Full coffee and a cute interieur make it definitely worth a visit! do not overlook the extras area on the menu, the donut holes were really good.
This place has become a regular favorite of ours. We go together. We take friends. We tell everyone with ears about it. The flapjacks are the things dreams are made of. There isn't a single menu item that isn't 10/10.
I've been to hub n spoke well over 20 times. It's a great spot. There for a minute when things reopened it went through a tough transition but I feel like the place is on the up. Food quality today was best it's been in years. We ordered the eggs Benedict and chicken waffle. The eggs Benedict was great. The hollandaise over top was spot on. Eggs were perfectly poached and a good helping of potatoes. It's one of my go to items on their menu so I'm happy to see it coming back to life. The chicken waffle was decent. The waffle was very good. The spicy syrup that comes with it is the perfect balance of heat and sweet. The chicken was dark meet, which I don't normally complain about, but it didn't seem fully cooked. Almost slimy on the inside. I pushed it aside. One thing about this place, after so many times coming here, I never recognize the same face. It's always a new staff. This most recent visit, our server was kind, but not very attentive. It was an interesting interaction for sure. I don't wish to divulge more about this person out of their potential needs. Other than that, It's more hits than miss so I'll continue to frequent. Interior is refurbish/re used feeling and small. Very small exterior patio.
