The food was so so nice! I came here whilst visiting Salmon arm. We both ordered their eggs Benny, without looking into too much detail. It tasted so nice and the chef even came over and asked how everything was so I asked what he does to eggs as they were so tasty they were planted based! It took me by surprise but made the whole experience so much better. The chef and other staff member was very welcoming and friendly. The cafe itself was extremely clean and everything tasted so fresh! Their caramel macchiato was also delicious! We will definitely come back in the summer to make use of their outside patio area too!

My go to place to eat! Everything is so delicious (be prepared to have a few favourites! I have ordered countless times, and everything has been out of this world. Portion sizes are filling and nourishing, this includes their bowls too! Everything is made to perfection. Brunch is available every day now and I can't recommend the eggs benny enough. The Philly cheesesteak, sushi bowl and tacos are my current favourites. Sausage rolls are great for a quick snack. Lattes are great. I recommend whenever they have a feature take advantage of ordering it!! (Picture of the Smash burger!! . Always amazed at the creations Tyson makes! The girls behind the counter are always so friendly and take the time to chat with you. On a few occasions, I've been in and they've remembered customers' go to orders and have it done and ready for them by the time they get to the till...Little things like that really make customers feel special. Recently, I ordered a large take out order and the girls were so great at packaging it up and putting the sauces on the side so I could have a few meals while I'm out of town! A taste of my favourite place at home. I always look forward to popping in because you're greeted with a smile and get to enjoy great food. So grateful to have a place like this in town where everyone can enjoy it no matter their dietary preference. If I could order take out from Kamloops I would! Can't recommend them enough You gotta eat here : Edit: they also offer delivery which I always forget but have used once when working and it was great!!

Incredible spot, after being in the area a month I just realized this is here on my last day and it was unexpectedly fully plant based! The staff were joyful, kind and patient. Conveniently got to meet the owner of the place at the same time I came in and thanked him for creating it! The meals were premium quality, presented well tasted phenomenal !

Who knew Salmon Arm would boast this gem of a restaurant that also happens to be plant based. We brought family here and were impressed with how flavorful and creative every plate was. We even came back a few days later to try the chicken waffles and the Dan Dan noodles, oh and the root beer float. Yummy
