Contribute FeedbackThe McDonald's restaurant in Salmon Arm receives mixed reviews from customers. Some find the quick service, cleanliness, and friendly staff enjoyable, especially for families with children who can play in the play area. Others complain about long wait times, disorganization, and issues with food quality. Many appreciate the fresh coffee but note inconsistencies in food preparation. Overall, the location seems to have a loyal customer base for its convenience and cleanliness, but improvements could be made in terms of speed and consistency in food quality.
Have stopped here twice. Both times it was slower than hell. Over 15mins for two breakfast combos. Kids running around who obviously don’t know what they’re doing while two managers stood around and did nothing.Every customer was complaining, at least 4 people had to come back to budget their orders fixed while we were waiting. And then we got 4 blocks up the road to find out they didn’t get our orders right and put cheese on a chicken McGriddle.Poorly managed location with staff who do not have enough training to operate efficiently.
I felt that this restaurant was somewhat disorganized. I waited at the register for about 5 minutes before I was assisted or even acknowledged. Despite several staff members being in the front area, I felt as though I was being ignored.
The last 4+ times I've been to this location has been very slow (sent to park for a hamburger ketchup only happy meal) and every rarely get the order right for the last 6 months
I like McDonald's.But at this one, the service is indifferent, especially at the drive thru. The food is cold 90% of the time (even when they make you pull ahead and wait in the parking lot) and they often get your order wrong, even when it's correct on the screen. They also frequently forget to put ketchup, straws, and napkins in the bag.If you're headed to Armstrong, you might as well wait until you get there.
I paid for my order but didn't receive everything I ordered. The person at the order window seemed confused about my order. The fries were tasteless and unappetizing. Surprisingly, I was charged for two fries but only received one, so maybe I lucked out. The iced coffee was handed to me with a lid that was overflowing with liquid, causing it to spill all over the seat and myself. Overall, it was a disappointing experience that was also quite pricey. Since this is the only McDonald's in town, they seem to get away with providing poor service and mediocre food. My recommendation? Skip it and go to Tim Hortons or another restaurant instead.
