Sarku Japan - Salinas Ca

Probably one of my favorite mall chain foods to get, food is good and prepared fresh, but I noticed that the quantity is getting smaller and smaller.

This used to be my favorite place to pick up food. Though I was greatly disappointed in my last visit. They weren't busy, and their was just one person behind me. I ordered the Terri chicken with half rice and half noodles with veggies (and asked for 3 extra sides of chicken and also an order of tempura shrimp) after driving all the way back home, and open the plate to find barely a normal order of chicken and they never even gave me the tempura shrimp I paid for too. And to try and call to advise them forget it, they never answer! So here I was disappointed and also now felt ripped off for paying for items i never received..

The food is always so good I go there very often also the service is amazing 10 out of 10Ps. Ask for extra sauce when you get your plate ?

The food is amazing, everytime I go to the mall I have to eat there very good service their so nice and polite. They know how to treat their customers good and they also know how to cook and clean very well???

So everyday I go to the gym I get the normal plate with white rice and chicken it has always been nice, but today I go and they have Scales to start weighing the food I guess. I got my food and yup as I figured starting to skimp the portions It was so funny to see the scales out in public. Nothing against the cooks it 's always good but Its funny the prices go up but the portions go down. Gonna learn how to make it my self it was nice knowing ya. I 'm sure who I saw was the owner with his phone doing calculations lol sad
