It is true! Their customer service and food quality has really declined over past few months. Ingredients were missing, they didn't pre-inform me that they don't carry certain ingredients as mentioned on the board, and the guy making sandwiches was unnecessarily rude to me. Learned the hard way, always check your food, before leaving! Don't think I will go back to them, again! View all feedback.
