I would give it 4 stars because I tried a flavor that I didn't enjoy as much as I had hoped. They should really guide customers toward the better smoothie flavors. However, the place was clean, my friends enjoyed their choices, and the staff were incredibly friendly. Plus, they had straws! Another bonus was that there was no smell of fermenting fruit, which I definitely appreciated. View all feedback.

I had an excellent experience with the customer service! I think the staff member's name was Adrian. He made a delicious and high-quality smoothie that was just what I wanted, and there was no extra charge or hassle for the added protein (Protein Berry Workout with extra Whey). I will definitely come back the next time I'm at the mall!
We have been going every Sunday for Jamba and the smoothies are fantastic!
