Subway - Salem

This location has poorly trained workers. On several occasions I’ve gotten a pizza with little to no toppings. They will cut a piece of pepperoni and one strip of bacon into little pieces and put it on a pizza and charge you 8$. One of the workers/managers with bleach blonde hair is extremely rude to Walmart associates which blows my mind because you literally work inside of a subway that’s inside of a Walmart. If you hate Walmart workers so much why are you at this location?

Worst location I 've been to. One of the only locations in my area that offers pizzas and the new employees are being trained to put one piece of ripped up pepperoni on the entire pizza. Charged 8$ for a pizza with no toppings and the last time I ordered a pizza it was cold. A young blonde woman who often works there that I assume is a manage is rude to customers and Walmart associates. She told everyone after ordering to have a nice day except my fiancé which I assume she was rude to because he was wearing his Walmart vest. She said there ya go! And walked away. Very unprofessional. Why work at the Walmart location if you hate Walmart associates?? Skip this location if you live in Salem and go to the one on 2nd street

I just ate what had to be the greatest sub that I've ever had from Subway at this location. I had a foot long on Italian herb and cheese bread and it was to die for. The bread was so fresh, soft and fluffy, but the cheese on the outside was sharp and crispy. I wish every subway had bread like this. Thank you for an awesome lunch!!!

I believe her name is Kimbra or something that starts with Kim or a K. EXTREMELY RUDE. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes while she got herself a drink from the soda machine and then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t see me in the camera because I was standing at the counter and not the sandwich station. Even though I wasn’t getting sandwiches and she seen me walk in, I walked right past her and politely smiled because she was in the lobby. Not behind the counter. So anyway, she proceeded to throw her garbage away and get herself a drink. The fact that she lied because wasn’t even behind the counter and could NOT see the camera astonishes me. If you’re that miserable working fast food, get another job.
