The food was quite good. We were passing by when we were offered a sample of a teriyaki chicken sub. We quickly joined the line, but so did many others. The service at this restaurant was incredibly rude. I placed my order, but the staff member didn't put my food in a bag. When I asked for a bag, he just left it on the counter without any consideration. I also requested ketchup, and he seemed to have a hard time putting it in the bag. The dining experience was excellent; it was definitely worth it. The server was very nice and polite! The steak and cheese was fresh and delicious!

Great customer service, always fast as eating is great!
I would like to begin by saying that people here are very friendly. I always went to the pheasant lane and ordered the same every time I left and it was phenomenal. I started working in the rockingham mall and thought I had a similar experience. eating is always timely when I order for my short 30 minutes break before the time on the app. the problem is that it rarely comes right when I order when it busier. today I ordered and it came wrong. the associate told me I could keep the wrong one or torment him. So I threw it away because they made a whole new order. I bring back the food that is made with my 5 minutes on the break to eat quickly and it is wrong, and does not have the side of the pommes this time. I'll give up ordering from this place. bummer because charley’s was my favorite place to go!
