This is rated as one of the best restaurants in Salamanca and you can see why. The food is stunning its not just presentation which is good) but the twist and nuances applied. A great selection of contemporary Spanish food and well priced wines. Expect top pay 60Euros for starters, main course and wine. His own name says: it would be a sin not to come here. as a price is acceptable and the variety of meals, increasingly original and exquisite, makes you want to come back the next day to try a new dish. I recommend it.
Is a high-level food restaurant, worse now you can enjoy this meal daily for 15 euros. The truth is that it is very good, and you eat very important people in the restaurant, from bullfighters to big cooks.
It is a unique place, a new and fun restaurant, full of a young audience and beautiful people of the city. the letter is orioginal and creative with very original pletos and insurmountable prices. try your chochinillo, your cod to the mustard or pastel lasagna of your baker and Iberian ham. If you get the ham, they cut it off with the knife and it's the best I've ever tried. the service is young and attentive but there are no labels! are the waiters who have smiled at me and at all times they think for you. the local is special: the fucsia colors on the walls and the white and black upholstery, all very almodovarian and fun. It is not surprising that they ferran adriá, natalie portman or the same almodovar have gone to enjoy their kitchen and its enormous originality.
