Tonight the was no mise en bouche, no nuts with our aperitif and the Badoit we ordered never came. The meal was so so and the peach Melba used canned peaches, while the local orchards are sweet and juicy this time of year. We are locals and hope that things will change for the better.
We visited back in the summer was overcrowded, noisy and indifferent food. What a difference six months make. The ambiance was excellent, just walking to our table was excellent as we walked past the buffet. The starter table was over brimming with all kids of seafood, cold meats and assorted sides. There were two mains, cooked to your likeness, my wife said the duck was cooked to perfection, I had fish which was excellent. The desert tabled looked magnificent, so much to choose from our grandson certainly tried most of the delights. There was also a table with a great selection of cheeses. There was also fresh coffee available, all inclusive at a very reasonable price. We would recommend for a Sunday brunch.
What a shame! But what a waste! invest as much in a place and a delicious food and leave to abandon 3 servers ... overflowed ... with unadapted material ... obsolete ... they will not fall stone ... they are already paid to the stone spear .. help them - form them ! They do more than 10,000 steps a night, passing through the tables without ridding, surely trapping! What a shame, two weekends in a row. Help your employees very expensive! food doesn't do everything...I don't talk to you about breakfast last week or we had to clean our table, the poor waitress alone facing 30 people ... scrambled eggs that get us cold ... we ended up putting our cover and getting rid of our table!bref Captain food can be good but if the ship is badly driven ... it sinks ! cqfd !
Come for the brunch of Sunday noon, we absolutely did not regret the rate at 28 euros per person who may seem a little expensive. meals at will. Reservation is essential.
We took a Caesar salad both with a kir in apero and total 45 € (or 17,50 € the salad). the salad was good but only that green chicken salad and an industrial caesar sauce that justifies such a price. the water we took at the pichet was warm while it was 35° outside, we would have liked fresh water. otherwise impeccable service and nice waitress and waitress. We won't come back.
