This cozy café in Saint-Sauveur offers a wide variety of vegan options that are clearly labeled. The food is fresh and healthy, although the service can be a bit slow as you order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. There is a lovely outdoor terrace to enjoy during the summer months. It's a great spot for breakfast or lunch, but not ideal for dinner since it closes at 4pm. I enjoyed the tasty Mexica... This place is a small local business where the food is made with love and you can really feel it. Great menu selection for both vegetarian and vegan options. My boyfriend (who is a meat-eater) and I (vegan) went there twice, because we both enjoyed the food so much. I had the burrito table d’hote which came with a delicious squash mint soup, a bean burrito with guacamole inside, a side salad and a few pretzels, and a coconut mango chia pudding. My boyfriend had the Thai vegetable bowl which was delicious (basmati rice with a peanut sauce). We went back for breakfast and he ordered the faux-lox bagel which was really nice (smoked carrots with dill and a nice spread) and I had the açai bowl. We loved everything. The coffee is delicious too! I would love to try everything on the menu but unfortunately only here for a couple of night Definitely recommend for anyone that wants a nice fresh, healthy meal that tastes amazing and also supports local business!
We really enjoyed our experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and it was evident that it was made with care and attention.

I enjoyed the tasty Mexican bowl and the delicious pina energy ball, but found the tahini banana muffin I took to go to be a bit dry. Overall, a nice place to stop for a meal.

This restaurant offers fantastic options for the entire family! As the only vegan in the group, I was pleased to find that my 8-year-old and 4-year-old thoroughly enjoyed the grilled cheese and macaroni dishes.
