What Marketing Sésame doesn't like about A&w Canada:
The service at this restaurant was terrible. The dining room was closed, so we had to order takeout, which was no problem. However, when I asked the manager if we could wait inside because it was a cold night and we were on foot, he refused and became very angry, condescending, and insulting. Good service. There was an electric outage. They could not serve us the burger we ordered so we came back a week after and made it up for us. Excellent way to make it up. And the outage was not in their control. That’s good customer service. Btw, Food was good to! View all feedback.
