The typical French lunchtime atmosphere was great, the food had the character of the region and was plentiful. The owners were most welcoming and full of French charm.

The restaurant serves several courses of duck cooked and served in...different ways all delicious as was the aperitif and carafe of wine and at excellent value. We enjoyed the entire experience and our year old was bemused to say the least although she admits to being frightened a little by the larger than life owner Bernard who is a loud character indeed. Bernard's wife Monique was so kind and a lovely lovely lady thank you Monique and the young man helping you for making our lunchtime experience so enjoyable.

Les gérants sont extrêmement gentil e... read more Excellent, repas périgourdin comme mon arrière grand-mère les faisait! Vous ne serez pas déçu si vous cherchez du typique. Les gérants sont extrêmement gentil et Bernard un personnage attachant! Nous avons passée une excellente soirée où nous avons tous fini à partager l'eau de vie de poire avec Bernard et les tables alentours. Ambiance d'auberge conviviale. Je reviendrai et je recommande!
