What Sara Vinciguerra doesn't like about Hyacinth:
Courses took way too long to come out. Cacio e peppe had WAY too much pepper- it over powered the dish and made it spicy, the fusilli was okay, nothing special, and the duck sausage was also alright. Best part of the meal was the sauce on the potatoes with the duck. The space is nice but quite cramped. Overall, seemed over-priced and not all that impressive. View all feedback. Fantastic little place and a wonderful spot for a date night! James, our server was incredibly welcoming and made us feel like we've been regulars forever. Menu is limited but fantastic, you really can't go wrong with anything here. Their version of Italian is different then most you find in Minnesota, but I guarantee you will love it. Be sure to start off with the fried olives if you are a fan of green olives! View all feedback.

Hyacinth 4.5 out of 5. Nice but somewhat distracted service. Small, cozy place with delectable, homemade pasta as authentic as it comes.
Really enjoyed the Caesar salad, flatbread, and pastas. Cocktails were impressive, too. 4.5/5.
Simply incredible. We had the bucatini and chicken and WOW. Good strong drinks as well.
