The service was excellent and the restaurant was impressively clean. However, the food was a letdown. I ordered a sandwich, but the bacon was either burnt and dry or had an unappealing grayish appearance. I also tried a cupcake, which turned out to be a bit dry as well. On a positive note, the chocolate chip cookies were quite delicious.

I accidentally sent my order to the wrong location. I placed a new order at the counter, and they kindly offered to call the other store to arrange a refund for me.
