I had a horrendous experience at Urban Sub. First of all my food was not as good as I expected, the meat had an old rotten smell and taste and the ingredients were not fresh at all. I had a horrendous experience at Urban Sub. First of all my food was not as good as I expected, the meat had an old rotten smell and taste and the ingredients were not fresh at all. Second of all the staff was extremely rude one employee in particular, who had a septum piercing. I have never seen a more arrogant and disrespectful person in my entire life. Urban sub and this employee were able to completely ruin my day, and I would never recommend anyone to ever eat here. Because something as simple as a sandwich shouldn’t have the ability to “wreck”your entire day.

We just had their sandwiches for the first time when visiting 3BC and they were amazing! Will definitely be having again! Highly recommend
