I had a catering order through this Panera location. I asked if they?d be able to have it done a little early for me. They said they?d do what they can to make it happen. Not only did they get me taken care of early but one gentleman came in at 4 am to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much, I really appreciate you all!! View all feedback.

at this place seems to have always a terrible experience. the management and the trainers are not as friendly and do not seem as if they want to work there as well. Moreover, we have from the last 10 orders there only 1 was right! only 1. it is so sad that we love her eating, but they can not seem to get her act together. If they weren't so close, I would never go to this place again. I would recommend to everyone if... View all feedback.
Good customer service and great food... the only thing I would prefer is a better variety on to go containers to choose from!
They did not have the rolls I ordered on-line well ahead for 'rapid pickup ' and I didn 't find out until driving 15 minutes out of my way and finding nothing on the shelf. Needing them for dinner, I was prepared to be a little upset, but the manager did his best to find an appropriate substitute while not charging for my order...all while being very friendly. This is the way it 's supposed to be done, but it 's rare to find such great customer service anymore. So, while I 'm disappointed I am happy to return. I have always been impressed with this Panera and it 's hometown feel.
Friendliest staff and manager I have ever met at a St. Louis Bread Co.
Great experience. Michael was thrilled to deal with it!
I'm confused over my experience in this location. I walk in and there are some highschool kids hanging out at the tables eating and talking...no big deal. I stand in line and wait 5+ minutes to get served. While I'm waiting, the manager in charge starts yelling across the whole store at this kids to be quiet or get out. She talks with no respect to them, and while I get that some were probably just hanging out with no purchase, that is not the way to talk to anyone let alone some kids. They weren't loud and tbh, it seemed like she directed more of her attention to the black kids while she was hollering as she continued to treat the white kids with respect after hollering at the group. It was very inappropriate. As an adult if I stopped by to chat with a friend while they are eating and I didn't buy anything, I would be livid if I was told to buy food or get out. Just because they're kids they should still be treated with respect and just because they didn't buy anything today doesn't mean they won't tomorrow. And why would they now since they just got told off for spending time with friends after school. It makes me question if I should give my money up here in the future when staff is more focused on telling off high schoolers than serving waiting customers.
