This is a typical chain restaurant. The food was as expected and service was good. No complaints on any of it. It's not the best seafood and not the worst. It was what I expected it to be. View all feedback.

in a restaurant with maybe 5 partys it went in, and yet when I asked for a table for two, was that wait 45 minutes? the restaurant was 3/4 empty. please pay their personal better, maybe they actually have enough people to lead a restaurant with even half capacity. I was at 19:25 to dinner in maplewood. 18. april 2022 the load recorded that they were open until 9 o'clock, to which we checked the arrival. we had a party of four, me, my two sons and one of my friends. we were out to celebrate my birthday, which was particularly nice that my son, who lives in florida, was in the city for ostars and could go. When we arrived, we were told that it would wait about 25–30 minutes, as they had only two servers. when we waited for others to sit, came to eat, but they were discouraged to stay and they went. After 35 minutes they brought us back to a table with a too narrow stand that was convenient for me. we asked if we were sitting on a table and not standing on one. the host said she would check with the manager. while the host checked with the manager, the server came by and she said she could serve us at another table in another area. (the place was approx. 80% empty, there were many other tables even with social balance. the host came back and said the manager said, no, we would have to go back to the waiter list and that they would close the kitchen at 20:30. we told the host that we wanted to get the Monday evening special (endless shrimp). So we asked the fact that they wanted to close the kitchen at 20:30 and now at 20:10. we informed the host that the server said she would wait for us in another area if it were allowed. the host said she didn't know if she could do that, so I asked if she asked the manager how we ran out of time. she went to the back to ask the manager and the manager didn't call, but in an elevated vote where I could hear them in the dining room. No, they want. they have to come back on the watch service. So now at 20:15. what is good is a waiting list when they close the kitchen in 15 minutes. I cried back to the kitchen, I can hear you! Don't worry. we go! Someone on the back said: what so, I repeated yes, I can hear you out here! let's go! we left. the host has apologised, but nothing from the manager. the server wasn't there when we were gone. the host and the server were as accommodating as possible. but it seemed like the manager really didn't want us to go there and would rather go so they could close earlier. I understand that everyone is short personal everywhere, and it is hard to run a business on this wise, but it is even worse if they have a manager who discourages additional business that they can use to keep the doors open. very disappointing experience. Although we were really looking forward to garneling, longhorn steakhouse was fortunately not too far away, and they were more than happy that we could dive in.
We were here a few weeks ago. when we entered the restaurant, we were greeted and pointed out that there were only three server working, waiting time was at least 45min until an hour. we decided to wait. I have to say it was worth waiting! Among the circumstances we didn't expect the dinge to go so well. eating was fresh and hot, the service of areon and trinity (server in training) was impeccable, and we have not waited long for our eating. cj, manager. kudos to them for their professionalism in the wise in which they treated themselves and the hand they were treated. they are in any case a good way for the company and deserve the hype! thank you!
I'd give it six out of five. it was amazing. one of the best things I've eaten in 2022. I have the flounder and I recommended it very much. the only reason I give a 4 is because I didn't go in anyone, greeted me or recognized me for a long time. I think they're probably undermined so I don't blame the staff.
Tried to order dinner. Went through the entire online process, entered payment, and only at placing order step did it say they were not able to take online orders. Tried to call to place order and after being transferred by a robot about 4 time and sitting trough recordings that had nothing to so with what I wanted- it disconnected my call while waiting for a person to take my order. So we had dinner from Red Robbin- had zero problems ordering food and picking it up from them. Pay a programmer to fix your online ordering to state at the beginning that you are unable to take the order!! Don't even deserve 1 star.
