Rocky's Sports Bar - Saint John

This place was close to our hotel, so we gave it a shot.The food was just ok, nothing really great about it.I was looking forward to a good pizza and my husband ordered wings and the wings were good with the variety of sauces.The pizza was not even cooked enough, all of the toppings just slid right of the pizza.The Beer was nice and cold!The service was average and the atmosphere was mellow.

Whenever I'm in town with friends, Rocky's is a must! The food is good, but we go for the service :)

Server informed us after waiting for an hour that she had lost our order and wanted to confirm it so she could put it in again. We asked for a discount, as several people got their order while we waited and we did not even get an apology. The discount was declined and the story then changed to that the food was ready the whole time and just got misplaced. Mistakes can happen, but the restaurant should come good and at least apologize when they do.

We were looking for somewhere within walking distance of our hotel. We spotted Rocky's and decided to go there. I got the wings and taco special and my wife got the chicken stirfry. Both were delicious and filling. Service was excellent.

Once you find this gem of a sports bar which is in the retail space and pedestrian bridge by market square, it is worthy. The staff and manger very friendly and accomadating for our need to watch EPL and Spurs play a football game. I discovered here that Goose Island was now brewing beer in The Maritimes. The pub menu is what you want and we enjoyed the poppers and poutine.
