Located just in front of the marrket hall, Aux Provinces Gourmandes is the perfect place for a pit stop after your shopping. I've been there only for a quick tea, but eventually couldn't resist the temptation to enter the deli shop inside... and went out with nice bottles of Paxaran, Bistou quette or Gratte C ul liquors. Won't recommend the restaurant. Poor products quality, family unfriendly. We ordered some charcuteries, they had a bad taste.
Lovely placeon the corner next to the Market hall, friendly and personal service. We stoppet originaly only for coffee, but at the end, we took coups of champagne and few of excellent tapas and plate of local ham from the farm next to Bayonne

The owners (husband wife) will welcome you with a big smile and their eagerness to make you discover the local Basque specialities. So thanks again to them for their kindness and happiness. The deli shop offers a wide range of yummy and affordable regional products, from Paxaran liquors to Espelette chili marmelades... so don't miss it out !
