Bistro Dix-Neuf 29 - Saint-Hyacinthe

We went out for dinner, a small group of 10 people, on June 10, 2019. We were celebrating a special occasion. We really enjoyed the warm welcome, the attentiveness of the staff, the quality of service, and of course the menu offerings and wine selections. All the dishes, from appetizers to desserts, were delicious and beautifully presented. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Our evening was truly delightful. The last time we had been to the St Hyacinthe Golf Club, many years ago, we were greatly disappointed. This time around, we are eager to return very soon! P.S.: A suggestion would be to offer a wider variety of cocktails!

On December 22, 2018, we were invited to the party and the start of a loved one's retirement, in this vast and magnificent room at the Saint-Hyacinthe Golf Club. Whether for a business or intimate meal, a party, an event or a meeting, you will be served as desired. There is a cloakroom near the room. A well-appointed bar is present there, right on the premises. For this evening, in an adjoining room, the chef and his assistants served us Italian cuisine where guests had the choice between different pastas and various sauces. Everything was done well and quickly... We also had a table with salads including a divine Caesar salad and of course a presentation of pretty and succulent desserts... No doubt, this bistro must be on your list. ..

The last time I set foot in this golf club was for my sister's wedding... 20 years ago!! Tonight, with friends, we enjoyed an excellent meal!! Although very tempted by the 3 for $30 deal (which is really tempting for the quality-price ratio), we opted for the reduced menu instead, fearing we wouldn't have enough appetite. The shrimp tempura appetizer was perfect and my linguini carbonara dish was worthy of the typical Italian restaurants in the city! My friend's bistro choice (parmesan fondue and Golf burger) was just as tasty and generous as my choices! We were pleasantly surprised by this delicious culinary discovery! And not to mention the 50% off wine deal on Mondays and Tuesdays, such a bargain!! We will definitely be back soon! Before another 20 years pass, that's a guarantee! The bistro is open on Fridays for their fantastic all-you-can-eat pasta bar, featuring a beautiful presentation with a variety of condiment options. The atmosphere is relaxing and pleasant. The Sunday brunch, which includes an omelette bar, is also highly recommended. Additionally, there is a Saturday special where you can get three meals for $30.

La terrasse est magnifique. Il y a des toiles partout pour se cacher du soleil. Les repas BBQ etaient bons. Excellent service.
