I stumbled upon Rico's cafe while my friends were perusing the bookstore that this cafe is connected to.
I love this place! The prices are reasonable, the pizza is the best in town, the atmosphere is completely cool.
We spent the day in St-Germain- en-Laye to visit the Archaeology Museum and stumbled across Pub 78. The waiter was very friendly and patient as we tried our best with the communication barrier. We all ordered different hamburgers and chicken burgers and loved them. The burgers were fresh and the meat was cooked to our liking. One thing we have learnt in France, is that not all meals come with vegetables. Most of the times it is just french fries. We gladly welcomed the generous sized pieces of tomato and lettuce that were in the hamburgers and chicken burgers. 2 out of the 4 of us were unable to fit in desert but with Swiss ice cream and cheesecake on the menu the other 2 just couldn't resist. I can personally recommend the champagne. All in all a very pleasurable and reasonably priced lunch and certainly one I would recommend.
