Huge portions but overall the most bland bbq I've ever had. Pit master where did you hide all the flavor? Also brisket is supposed to be soft, moist, fall apart. Not chewy like a steak. View all feedback. What Dave Simpson likes about Big River Bbq:
We have had Big River BBQ on many occasions. We just had their turkey and pasta as we hosted 30 for Thanksgiving. Everyone loved it! We received so many compliments. Portions are generous. Prices are good. Quality and staff are amazing! View all feedback.
