Some enjoyed the outstanding service they received, while others were disappointed with the quality of the food and updates to the menu. Opinions varied on the appetizers, salads, main dishes, and desserts, with some praising the food while others found it lackluster. Despite the varied opinions on the food, everyone seemed to appreciate the quality of service they received from the staff. The atmosphere of the restaurant also received positive feedback, with some noting it as relaxing and worth visiting. Overall, it seems that the restaurant has its strong points and areas for improvement, making it a somewhat hit-or-miss dining destination.
Had shrimp cocktail, mussels and side salad with blue cheese for lunch. Five large shrimps with beautiful cocktail sauce, but shrimps had no taste. Chowder tasted like a can. Salad was basic bag iceberg salad, some brown leaves with two cherry tomatoes and blue cheese upstairs. Give me $25.
We had lunch last night. Chicken and dumplings, man had beef dinner and a cup of vegetable soup. All sooo good. Oh, and share homemade coconut mering cake! I'm sorry, no pictures because we were too excited to eat our food!
We have baked artichoke, really good with some salt. A side salad, the blue cheese was great. Thin crust pizza tomatoes, bacon, sausage. Our waitress was really nice and we had a great dinner. Absolutely loved the location, there is a beautiful area on Cobblestone to take a walk Definitely to eat one of my new favorite places and enjoy a great evening.
Did a very nice dinner in Pio? Jennie was our server and offers excellent service. The lasagna was excellent. The blue cheese dressing was best. The atmosphere in this restaurant is very relaxing and worth visiting your time.
This has been my favorite go to restaurant for over a decade. I was very exited to go back after not having been there for a while. It has definitely gone downhill. First it was like pulling teeth to get drinks, and although the place was busy it was far from packed, or even as busy as usual for a Friday night. It took forever not just to get food, but all the side items that should have come with our meals. Never did get bread we just gave up on the bread. I ordered the prime rib medium and a lobster tail. The prime rib was a fatty overcooked mess and did not even resemble the prime rib I remember. The lobster tail was fried even though I did not order it that way, specifically ordered steamed with extra butter. He reluctantly put in for another steamed one, but when I got it it was luke warm and rubbery, and never did get butter to go with it. Definitely not the place it was either in service or quality. Probably won?t be back.
