Went there tonight for our wedding anniversary. The service was very slow, we had to ask for more water three times, our server was nice but not very attentive, the table behind us were treated like royalty. We ordered the veal parmigiana, to share, the veal was like shoe leather, it was so thin and tough, the cheese was extremely salty, I had three bites and couldn’t finish my very small portion. We arrived and thankfully had a table for two without reservations which was apparently lucky for a Saturday night proven by the full parking lot. We were seated quickly, but the servoce was slow. I wish i ordered the main when placing the drink order because the it was quite a while before the waiter returned to ask for our order. i ordered the lasagna which arrived perfectly hot obviously fresh from the oven. The cheese topping, and meat sauce was generous and more than expected in a cost cutting world. the taste of the sauce was excellent which carried the quality. if i was a local, this would be my go to italian restaurant. Casual and excellent food.
We arrived at the restaurant without a reservation and were luckily seated at a table for two. It was a busy Saturday night and the restaurant's parking lot was full, so we were grateful for the available table. Although we were seated quickly, the service was a bit slow. I wish I had ordered my main course when I ordered my drink, as it took a while for our waiter to return to take our order. I decided to order the lasagna, which arrived piping hot and fresh from the oven. The generous amount of cheese topping and meat sauce exceeded my expectations in today's world of cost-cutting measures. The taste of the sauce was excellent, highlighting the quality of the dish. If I were a local, this would definitely be my go-to Italian restaurant for casual dining and excellent food.
The service was exceptional and the dishes were both delicious and beautifully presented with creative flair.
This restaurant is a wonderful spot for pasta and pizza, with a lovely atmosphere perfect for a romantic dinner or a family outing. The restaurant is divided into sections to create a pleasant ambiance for various groups. The staff is consistently friendly and the historic building is well-maintained. While the prices can be a bit high, it is worth it for a special occasion.
My son and I went to this restaurant for dinner. The food was delicious. Our server, Chloe, was amazing - warm, friendly, and helpful. The restaurant is located in an old manor house, which is nice but lacks a cozy atmosphere. However, the food and staff were excellent! If I am in the area again, I will definitely come back to eat here.
