Arriving from Canada to discover France and its gastronomy, we went to Les Singuliers for dinner. We opted for the 5-course menu and the wine and food pairing. The chef takes great care to ensure that the plates look their best. We discovered modern, local and absolutely delicious cuisine. We were warmly welcomed and served by a young, and attentive team. That to say from this beautiful place the decoration is sublime the waitresses are of a kindness and a great class and the kitchen ... a pleasure for the taste buds. The notion of the surprise menu is just excellent. an impeccable presentation really a good time of tasting. We'll come back to be surprised again! Thank you for this great culinary moment.

A beautiful address to enhance the products of our beautiful Dordogne and our beautiful region. Extremely neat service in being guinea. Special mentions for the treatment of the fennel from the entrance to the dessert, and for the Bergerac bio domain of the Ancienne Cure. A sacred discovery in the nose and in the mouth! As a bonus the Chef's visit at the end of the meal, it's more fun to share
