Came alone on a Friday night and had 3 other parties arrive after me. After waiting almost an hour for my dish I asked my server how long it would be until food came out. She assured me that it would be arriving soon. After seeing all the other tables received their food and watching them eat for about 5-10 minutes I decided to leave. Terrible. Gave us the wrong food to go. Ordered chicken wings and fried rice and they gave us stew and octopus
Went for the set menu tonight. The food was of a good standard. The chef prepared it carefully and the service was good. I hope the standard can be maintained.

Top Cafe is my new go-to for a chill late-night hangout. The food is just ok and the service is friendly, but the atmosphere is where this place really shines. It's got a crowded vibe that's perfect for unwinding after a long day or catching up with friends. If you're looking for a place with good vibes, can talk loud, it is the right place
