This was the worst dinner cruise I’ve ever been on! Highly disorganized! We paid for a window seat and didn’t receive. We complained and was told we would get a refund on that part. Afterwards , we never were waited on. We had to get our own drinks and never was offered dessert. Dont pay for extra for drinks bc mixed drinks were horrible and you don’t get premium alcohol as advertised. Food is mediocre! View all feedback.
We highly recommend Yacht Starship for your sunset dining cruises in the Clearwater/Tampa Bay Area. The Yacht was truly amazing. The crew and captain did a great job and the food tasted wonderful. We will definitely be back.

Round about seems kind of unsafe right before pulling into the parking area. Possible suggestion to place a light or lights. Ship was very clean. Liked the carpeting. There was a plug and GFCI to assist my mom with plugging in her oxogen. Thank you for going out of way to make that happen. Food was pretty good, but it looked like there was no kids options, but I don’t think there were any kids. Maybe add roasted potato’s of some kind. Garlic herbed roasted? and/or mashed. Suggestion to get rid things not needed such as some of paper things at your table. placements to cut an expense and maybe ask the team of alternative suggestions. If there suggestion is selected maybe they can get free a gift card. Photo was kinda pricy at $25 dollars and not the best quality, but whatever. Oh well. I really liked the SOS cards. It’s required to leave a tip for each person at your table of $10. But it seems like it was only 15% and not 18%. Seats were very nice. Music was good but a tad little loud. It was sorta cold inside, but probably for the service workers. Looks like garbage cans are heavy and may not fit too much inside them and hard to clean. Dave the announcer was pretty silly by shouting out all names of celebrations. Thank you for your pleasant service.
We got married on Yacht Starship IV out of Clearwater Beach and our wedding day was absolutely incredible. Everything went so perfect and smooth. Joey, our venue coordinator was phenomenal down to every detail and keeping things running smoothly. We can't thank him enough for taking care of us on our day. The other staff and Dj Pharaoh were also incredible. We have heard from family and friends that it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to! We cannot thank them enough for making it so special for us.
The service on this ship was absolutely terrible. One server in particular, Jaycee was incredibly rude to multiple people in the wedding party. I would advise you to book else where. We were far from impressed.
