Pizza Hut - Sacramento County

Kinda hard to rate the food when they don't send the correct food. every time I order from them It's the wrong order.

Ordered a medium veggie pizza and cheese sticks. The white sauce tasted like water and it had no flavor, definitely no garlic, or any spice at all actually. It was a soggy flavorless mess. I am literally throwing it away. Never eating pizza hut pizza again.

Pizza was delivered quickly, it was hot, and it was very tasty!

Used to be my fave chain pizza spot until they gave us the wrong order. Had trouble getting acknowledgment, was a fight to get refund as we didn’t have the luxury of time to wait an additional 30 minutes for replacement order (familial obligations). Staff was reasonably courteous, but failed to acknowledge at the door. In their defense, the restaurant was understaffed on a busy night (Halloween). Error on their part, not having proper management scheduled for that busy night. Folks need to prevent their ship from sinking!!!

Really BAD! My order for take out was lukewarm. (How does that happen? I waited for it) I live very close. Pizza looked old , the stuffed crust was flat, the bottom was so tough we needed knives to cut it. Ordered cheese bread. Very dry , cheese was parmesan. We each ate 2 slices and into the trash it goes. I felt ill after. I will give store some credit though. I called and told the counter girl, she offered to remake it. No, never again. PS : Pizza Hut used to be the best, what is happening ?
