Mcdonald's - Sacramento County

I stopped by for a quick dinner after a night class. They made my meal fresh, but then completely forgot about me and I was left waiting at the window for over 15 minutes. I had to knock on the window to get their attention, and it took another customer speaking up for them to finally acknowledge me. They tried to make up for the long wait by putting a pie in my bag, which I didn't appreciate. Next time, they should offer a refund instead of leaving customers hanging. Plus, I don't even like pie and my food was cold by the time I got home.

The grandchildren enjoy the play area, while I appreciate the cleanliness of the restaurant.

My wife and I had a long day today after a long drive, so we decided to stop at this McDonald's location on Elkhorn. We asked one of the employees, named Jaimoni, if we could use the restroom. She was very friendly and kind, opening the door for my wife and saying "ladies first". Before we were about to leave, she asked if we wanted to order something. Her great hospitality caught our attention and we decided to stay for lunch. The staff was friendly, accommodating, and very busy working hard. People like them deserve more than just a raise. Thank you Jaimoni for the amazing service and hospitality. We hope to see you again soon.
