This place is my definite go to for fast, good Mexican food! The meat never fails me. My go to is Carne Asada anything! But if you like chicken, get the chicken shredded mmm! What D C doesn't like about California Burritos Mexican Food:
If you 're going to get dinner here think twice. I order here frequently and lately the food has been over cooked or something is missing. The night crew doesn 't know how to cook apparently. I order nachos last night and the chips were so burnt that the heat from it melted through the 2 Styrofoam containers they put it in. Food is good if a bit expensive, they don't seem to like answering the phone any time I call...
In person their customer service is decent. But the one time I called on the phone on January 1st, 2024 at 10:50 i called amd asked if their walk in was open amd she hung up in my face and wouldn't answer the calls from my number leading to me calling off of a different phone number. So I would say customer service over the phone is a good 2 stars.
First time eating here, the El Pastor tostada was amazing never tasted El Pastor so delicious like that before, definitely will not be eating El Pastor from anywhere else but here.
Get the grilled chicken super burrito with onions. You're welcome. Also the green sauce is amazing.
The entire place is surrounded by a large homeless population which makes it feel unsafe
