Best customer service going through a drive thro ever. It’s usually a hit and miss here some of the employees are either really good or really bad. But lately they are doing really good hiring happy people that actually sound like they are happy to have a job. The line is big sometimes but it goes by really fast. View all feedback.
What Lee Lynne doesn't like about Taco Bell:
The service here is hit or miss, same with wait time (all of which has to do with staffing. Food is consistent taste wise but is occasionally messily thrown together. In general this is not a bad Taco Bell, I have been coming here for 5+ years : View all feedback.
My order was made incorrectly and the manager Rochelle made sure that my order was re-made perfectly the following day. This is the only Taco Bell that has no problem fixing their mistakes.
Friday, November 11 9:07pm. Best shift ever. I had a special order, and they were wiling to make it. I can't tell you how much I appreciated it.Please Acknowledge the client service on this shift.

It's TB. You know what to expect. This a good one, but I have to dock it a couple stars. One for the parking area, and the crackheads that love the back of it. It's been years, and it's a bad place at night. The other star is deducted due to the cooksinability to get modifications right. 9 times outta ten, they've messed something up. Typical of TB, but a bit worse here. Assomeone allergic to tomatoes, this is quite frustrating. They're always happy to fix it at least. Overall, decent TB, just stayaway from the back of the parking lot after dark.
Having frequented this drive thru many many times, I was disappointed on August 1st, 2022 when I was ordering food in the drive thru and the microphone on the headset was picking up employees in the background mocking everything I said and the way Iordered. Adding insult to injury, I could hear the very unflattering things they said about customers in general. I get it. Whenyou are young and working some of your first jobs, it takes time to develop professionalism. I'm sure it seemed harmless and funto the team inside, but it was incredibly distateful, rude, immature, unprofessional, and simply unkind. I hope there is a goodleader to model better customer service and hold these employees accountable. I certainly wouldn't recruit any of them to comework with me. I decided to let it go until I got home and realized I ordered and paid for 10 items and only received 6. I'msure that my decision not to ever spend my money at this location again will have little fiscal or emotional impact on this Taco Bell team, but I don't need a repeat of that experience. Choosing to go back for any more of that would be masochistic.
