Subway - Sacramento

This subway is finally under new management! Received great customer service from the new workers. The bread, meat, and vegetables in my sandwich looked nice and fresh. They also now have the sub of the day deal, which is nice since the previous management they never honored that.

The lady that made my sandwiches was very polite and patient. She made me 6 footlongs and followed my directions for each one.

It's a Subway, so there’s not much to say. Sometimes the food is great and other times it’s not, depending on the freshness of the ingredients. However, the employees here are very friendly and professional. I have an allergy to eggs (mayo), and they always listen and take great care with my food. One of the staff members mentioned that she’s accustomed to preparing food without cross-contamination because her daughter is allergic to avocado. While I'm not happy about her daughter's allergy, I appreciate her understanding. I want to extend my thanks to everyone who has helped me there—you're doing an excellent job!

While I'm not usually a fan of Subway, I have to say that this particular location exceeded my expectations. I've visited twice now, and I was genuinely impressed by the flavor and quality of the food. Since I work across the street, I’ll definitely be returning!

Once the two sandwich makers wrapped up their conversation, I was greeted by a young lady at the counter who took my order without any hesitation. As I was the only customer there, the service was quick and enjoyable. I really appreciate the coupons they send in the mail, too!
