Feedback
A recent visit to this restaurant resulted in a disappointing experience for many diners. Several noted issues with the service, including forgetful waitstaff and slow service. The food received mixed reviews, with some diners finding their meals overpriced and poorly seasoned. Despite these drawbacks, some diners found solace in the beautiful views offered by the restaurant. Other guests praised the attentive service of their waiters, highlighting the delicious food they enjoyed. Overall, while there were some standout dishes, the general consensus seems to be that the restaurant falls short of its hype and may not be worth a return visit.
Well prepared and tasty food served by a professional wait staff. Hats off to the manager, the chefs, and the wait staff. We are welcomed at least 10 times per year to Seasons 52 and have enjoyed every it every time.
When we were first seated in the bar area, the bartender had such a loud voice and was talking to the customers sitting at the bar in an extremely loud voice. It was so bad we couldn't hear ourselves. Just when we were going to ask to move, 2 other bartenders showed up and our waiter/bardender left to do other things although he kept checking on us which earned him 5-stars for service. He needs to be mindful of how his voice carries and how it interupts other conversations. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed our meal.
Our booth was quiet and good for conversation. Service was friendly and efficient. The flatbreads were tasty. Both the pork and scallops were delicious.
