Hard workers, food always tastes like home . Been coming here for 30 years and it is nice to see that other than the small increase in prices over the past 3 years (and you can 't blame them! , nothing has changed. Quality service and excellent food.
Love this pizza place. Excellent food. Excellent customer service. So friendly and family oriented. The ranch dressing is the best. Wish they still had some arcade video games though.
The staff mainly the head guy was above and beyond considerate based on the fact that we showed up later than we were supposed to and yet they still showed us a place to sit even though they were pretty much closed other places would tell us that being 2 minutes late they are not taking any more people Roma's showed us that they mean business!! So thank you!! The pizza is also very good.
Delicious pizza, family style restaurant. We ordered the all meat (boys report it was delicious), and a custom chicken pizza which I thoughtwas very good. One of the toppings was left out of the custom order, but the waiter noticed and gave us a discount even though we hadn't said anything. Ambiance leaves something to be desired. Fun lunch altogether, will definitely go again!
I found Roma's Pizzeria after being told by a friend that was a regular. I ordered two pizzas, a one topping and a Hawaiian. I have ordered pizzas in the past for family and friends and avoided it like the plague, I'm diabetic and the crust plays up hell with my blood sugar. But on getting the pies home and opening the boxes I just had to have some of that Hawaiian, so I cut one slice into two and it was gorgeous. It did a number on my blood score but it was worth it, it will be a while before I do it again, but that Hawaiian was wonderful.
Romas Pizzeria in Sacramento has received mixed reviews from customers. While some have been disappointed with burnt and hard crusts, as well as ingredients not meeting expectations, others have praised the fresh and delicious pizzas served. The staff has been commended for their exceptional customer service, accommodating guests even when they arrive late. Despite some inconsistencies in food quality, Romas offers a family-friendly atmosphere with a variety of menu options, making it a popular choice for pizza lovers in the area.

I came with my family one night and I asked the front that I wanted to pick up a pizza I ordered and they waved me over to a older waiter who sat us down. I...
Do you remember those classic Italian restaurants? The ones that serve amazing pizza, ravioli, spaghetti, meatballs, and sausages? No frills, just the wonderful smell of delicious food—and plenty of bread. This is exactly that kind of place! I had the ravioli and meatballs, while my parents tried the baked ravioli topped with tomato sauce and cheese. Everything on the menu was under $20, which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend checking it out. My family has been coming here for years, and it has always been fantastic. I can’t wait to dive into the leftovers in the fridge!
I've been coming here since I was a child, and it's truly one of the best pizza places in Sacramento. Thank you for all the wonderful memories!
I finally discovered a pizza place that uses genuine ingredients! OMG, I am so thrilled with my pizza. I got full after just two slices—now that's impressive! This was my first visit, and I will definitely be returning.
I'm surprised I haven't reviewed Romas Pizzeria before, considering I've been coming here for over 20 years. I've always stuck to their pizza, though a friend of mine swears by their pasta dishes. It's been about a year since my last visit, partly because Sacramento has so many great pizza options I've been trying out. But the other day, on my way home from work, I grabbed a pizza here for my family and remembered just how much I love this place. Their pizza features a thick crust, generous toppings, and reasonable prices. Parking can be tight, but it's definitely worth it. There's actually a little secret for quick pickups, but I won’t share it here—that's how secrets stay secret!

I was really disappointed with my recent experience. I hadn't had their pizza in quite a while, and unfortunately, it didn't live up to my expectations. The crust was overcooked and hard as a rock, and I ordered a pizza with two toppings, but there were barely any toppings on it. Overall, I was extremely let down and won’t be returning.
I discovered Roma's Pizzeria thanks to a friend who is a regular customer. I decided to order two pizzas: one with a single topping and a Hawaiian. In the past, I’ve shied away from ordering pizzas for family and friends, primarily because I'm diabetic and the crust can really affect my blood sugar. However, once I got the pizzas home and opened the boxes, I couldn't resist trying a slice of the Hawaiian. I ended up cutting one slice into two, and it was absolutely delicious. It definitely impacted my blood sugar levels, but it was worth it. I won’t be having it again for a while, but that Hawaiian pizza was truly amazing.
I visited this restaurant for the first time in years. The food was fresh and delicious. Although there were no available tables, we waited for our meal in the closed bar area. I did notice them seating other customers, including a family, but I didn’t see any tables open. It was a bit puzzling.
Such a disappointment! I remember 3 years ago I used to get pizza from here all the time because of how good it was, now it's really terrible! We bought 3 pizzas and all 3 tasted like old ingredients. The crust was so hard it felt like I was eating aweek old pizza. Really shameful to see that a couple of years ago the atmosphere inside the restaurant was lovely with manyclients ordering or eating inside now I just walked in on all the workers just chilling inside, I truly hope they go back totheir old ways

Vegetarian options: Romas is fantastic! I've been enjoying their pizzas for 50 years. I just celebrated my 66th birthday there last Thursday with my family. **Service:** Dine-in **Meal type:** Dinner **Price per person:** $10–$20 **Recommended dishes:** Pepperoni Pizza, Roma's Special, Salad **Vegetarian recommendation:** I highly recommend the vegetarian options, which are clearly labeled on the menu. **Parking:** Parking can be somewhat difficult to find, but there are options available, including a free parking lot and free street parking.
This is the best traditional pizzeria in Sacramento! The food is outstanding, the service is excellent, and the atmosphere is perfect. I give it a full 5 out of 5!
**Service: 5/5** **Atmosphere: 5/5** The service here was exceptional; the staff were attentive and friendly, making sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was equally impressive—comfortable and inviting, with a warm ambiance that made our dining experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Everything is incredibly fresh and delicious. My family has been enjoying Roma's Pizza since the late 80s and early 90s. The customer service is outstanding. Roma's Pizza, along with its wonderful customers, creates a great atmosphere for families to dine out and enjoy their meals.
