The bauernstube is a well-known and popular restaurant on the grounds of Saarbrücken-Jägerfreude and due to the location (main street) their specialties are the meat dishes on the swing, which are offered in different weight classes. the decor looks classic, stylish and warm. the service is beautiful. the waiting times are ok, can vary greatly due to the preparation type and depending on the influx. the price level could be better. until I could eat well in peace. last time, I was not so happy with the quality of the meat, because it was not as tender as I know from there. due to previous good experiences, there are 4 instead of 3 stars of me anyway.

Super Karte, netter Service. Qualität der Gerichte immer auf den Punkt, sollte mal was schief gehen, ist der Service sehr professionell und nett (kam bei zahlreichen Besuchen erst ein Mal vor, da hat ein Essen länger gedauert, da die Kartoffeln verbrannt waren und neu gemacht wurden, ohne uns verbrannte Ware zu servieren). Meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Haben mit einer Gruppe von 14 Personen Gans gegessen. Die Tiere waren perfekt zubereitet, weich, knusprige Haut, tolle Sauce, Knödel handgemacht, dazu ein netter Service. Der Preis war unschlagbar günstig! Also: nicht nur seine Steaks vom Buchenholzgrill sind super, auch Extrawünsche finden Gehör
