We stayed at the Best Western Island Palms but we came here for breakfast. The breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also came here for dinner and purchased the concert dinner package. The dinner was very good. The bisque, the steak and the lobster were really good. We didn't enjoy the dessert, it’s different. I did not enjoy the Christmas brunch 2023. The typically amazing experience became less than amazing when the restaurant hostess seated us in a plain, less festive and half empty temporary overflow room with not enough staff; for the same price as the seating in the main beautiful and fully staffed restaurant. Low-key, welcoming, festive atmosphere. Buffet was sumptuous!
Food was great, as was wait staff and servers. The host stand staff were not amazing. Try opening w hello or welcome, rather than “do you have a reservation?” Didn’t feel very welcoming.

Buffet was terrible. Food was cold, overcooked, fruit spoiled. I cannot believe we paid over $100 a person for such terrible food the surcharge that was added but not told to us (thankfully we noticed before over tipping).
Humphrey’s staff is honestly a 5 star experience. Very attentive and friendly . The food is not great unfortunately and for $100 brunch price I think I expected better food.
