Top Ryde Baker's House

Finally a banh mi place near Ryde area! Been living in Ryde area for the past 10 years and always wonder why no one open a banh mi place! <br/ Plus they serve roast pork banh mi!! Something I normally get from Adelaide only for the last 6years! <br/ <br/ Generous serving of food it is between a loooootttt of meat vs a lot of meat :p), nice pate taste and the fried onion just added the extra taste to the dish.<br/ <br/ Always past this place since they opened few years back but never knew they do banh mi! Til pretty much the same time a friend and masterchef Reynold share this place in his instafeed! <br/ <br/ Definitely a place not to be missed if you are from the area.

MUST TRY THE BANH MI!<br/ <br/ I’ve walked past this place so many times and never really paid it much attention, it looks like your typical family run bakery unassuming and a bit old school. One day i noticed their little banh mi set up on the side and decided to try it while on one of my banh mi phases. <br/ <br/ OMFG, what have i been missing out on?! For $7 they jam pack a white or wholemeal roll with the usual salad fare and my go to filling grilled pork patty. The marinade for their pork, pate and sauce were so damn tasty. And the cherry on top? They top the roll with a sprinkling of crunchy fried onions. WHAT?! Mindblown!<br/ <br/ Will definitely return (as often as i can!!

They do an excellent chilli chicken roll. Prices have gone up since they moved near Woolworths. Take away only here. Still good value and very tasty.

Less regulated than Parramatta westfield more eating options pretty chilled place to shop and eat for all afternoon. Kids are riding around on little scooter things chilled atmosphere :

Our go to place for BMT at Top Ryde City shopping centre. They do a couple of extra flavors including slow cooked pork and lemongrass beef. I always go for the lemongrass beef, my favorite! Generous serving and great price as well!
