Terrible waitress. I was suppose to get a free appetizer for my birthday but they charged my credit card and then said they did not know how to reverse the charge

Kyoto’s bar has it all. I love how the bar has its own area in the restaurant away from dining area during busy dinner times. They have great selection and I love their nigori sake
Kyoto in Rowlett is my favorite place during their lunch time. I can come here every week bc of all the different specials they have. Try the hibachi special or bento special, it’ll fill you up good. Service is very fast and friendly also! The price is even better
