Golden Chick - Rowlett

We use the drive thru...like the fried chicken, it's very good, but this location has made errors on our orders several times, got to check before you drive away.

My family eats at this location every Saturday morning for lunch. The staff is incredible, the food is always so fresh, and the price is unbeatable. Simply perfect! Each and every Saturday we have a great experience and we have the amazing staff to thank for it! Myra, Kim, and Chris do an amazing job each and every week. I had the chicken sandwich with fries and a drink. My wife had the wicked chicken wings. Fresh hot tasted awesome. Manager very professional and real polite. Saturday Love this golden chick! They're doing business right?

Sides are very Skippy including fries I couldn't believe it when I got my food . Almost felt ripped off lol

Meal was thrown together asked to remake and was told that my food was fresh. (My fries and roll was burnt I even had burnt pieces of okra in my fries) Manger was rude and very short tempered, usually never have an issue here. I told him I would be writing a review said he didn’t care and slammed the drive window. I went inside and got my money back! Never again, if you don’t like your job sir find a new one!
