The staff is great, but Arby's website is not very useful. I placed an online order that was supposed to be ready in 5 minutes, but I ended up waiting over half an hour without the store receiving my order. This isn't the store's fault, but I would recommend avoiding any online ordering from them in the future. View all feedback.
The service was excellent, and my order was prepared promptly. This is one of my favorite spots; the food is always fresh and hot, with no wait time.
I absolutely love Arby's! I had a classic fried sandwich along with a mint chocolate shake, and it was amazing.
