They used to have slow delivery times in the past, but that has since improved. We usually opt for take-out now. The pizzas are consistently good and signing up for coupons is recommended. I am giving four stars because there have been instances where side dishes were missing without explanation (such as dips or banana peppers), but this is rare and we have been ordering from them for a long time. The new management at this restaurant has very poor customer service. I have been coming here for years, but since the previous owners left, I have encountered numerous issues with my food and the service. I even had to ask one of the workers to use gloves and wash his hands, as I saw him digging in his ear and then touching and preparing the pizza, which was very unsanitary. We have been very happy with the one on Holcomb Bridge. The quality has always been awesome. We have been regular customers and they haven't failed us yet! The staff have always been friendly. When I get a bad pizza or whatever I'll update this and let youknow how they handled it.

I used to love this restaurant, but lately the food quality has significantly decreased and so has the service. Tonight my pizza was delivered cold and not even cut! I had to use a cake cutter, which was frustrating. There is another location nearby that has always been good, but unfortunately they don't deliver to my area. Next time I want pizza, I will either pick up from the other location or try a different restaurant.
My experience at this restaurant was terrible. When I went in to pick up my order on December 5th, there was only one worker in the store. The app said my food would be ready at 6:39 pm, but the worker was the only one preparing food and assisting customers. The phone kept ringing from 6:39 pm to 7:05 pm, but he didn't answer it. I ordered the Hawaiian Chicken and 10 BBQ Wings. Unfortunately, my son and I both got food poisoning from the food we ate there. We are still feeling sick in bed as of December 6th. It seems like the worker wasn't following proper food safety practices, as he used his phone without gloves and then touched the food without washing his hands. I regret spending money on food that made my family ill.
