Quiet, well priced and comfortable. If an event is happening on the weekend it can get super busy but what hotel doesn't?The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is the keys demagnitize so easily. Even when it's on my person with no phone and not other cards.Rooms: 4/5 View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Holiday Inn Roswell, An Ihg:
Staff was great, room is clean, food is good. The only issue I have is the noise directly below my room. It was an appliance motor such as heating that vibrated the floor and made it difficult to sleep.Rooms: 4/5 View all feedback.
Clean hotel room with comfy beds. We had a long day of travel and asked if we could check in early and they accommodated! Easy check in and out. Would recommendRooms: 5/5
This Holiday Inn was one of the better hotels in its chain that I've stayed at. The price was right, the room was clean and well kept. The downstairs lounge was a bit pricey, but hotel lounges like this usually are. The free breakfast had everything one could ask for and plenty to go around despite the large number of people eating. The hotel is situated off the main drag and proximal to most of the attractions in town if you don't mind walking or it's a quick few minutes by car. If and when we come back to Roswell we'll definitely be staying here again.
During the making of my reservations I 'm asked, Special requests? I always request low floor because I don 't take elevators. I arrive and the front desk lady had a key already made for room 310. I stated..my reservation should state..low floor. She said she did not have any floors lower than 2nd floor. I stated I don 't take elevators and have 5 ..50lb bags I have to carry up flights of stairs. Seemed not to bother her. I drove to the side of the hotel where stairs were located. I tried using my key to get in and it would not work. Finally a guy was leaving and I was able to prop the door open getting my bags in. Carried them all one by one to my room, which was all the way towards the other end of the hotel. Surprise key does not open my door. Go back downstairs to the front desk. Not once ..not twice..but 5 times...had to travel back and fourth until I got a room key to work. Hate the service..hate the hotel...my room sits directly in front of a car wash...constantly having to hear the dryer at the end of a car wash ...roar with drying the car. Highly recommend another hotel! Thin walls.. You can hear your next door neighbor rip their toilet tissue.
This property, what we saw of it, was in serious need of an upgrade. Dented furniture, dirty upholstery led the charge, but the office chair while usable, failed to height adjust properly. When we went to adjust the A/C, the cover of the panel fell off. The beds- Comfortable. Bathroom- Clean, but needed a detailing around the corners. The shower control didn't return to faucet mode after turning the shower off. We noted that the amenity package was incomplete, as there was no soap. When we inquired, they said they were out. To their credit, they managed to find some and deliver it to us. Our room was right over the lobby entrance and directly opposite the carwash. How much noise do you think two guests could tolerate? The breakfast bar, which we didn't use, was scanty, and they wanted $5.00 per person to access. No way. This left us disappointed with the property. . . likely won't be returning to Roswell anytime soon, but won't be staying here if we do.
Nice clean hotel beds were nice. The inside of the hotel is very clean and neat. They have a small business center and there is a bar/restaurant adjacent to check in. The pool is mid size, nice and seems very impressive. The hotel is located on the east side of town and away from all the major eateries and shopping. It makes it nice because it’s quiet but don’t get fooled because there’s so much in Roswell that the hotel is not really out of the way.Roswell is a surprisingly medium size town. We were very impressed.
