Dunkin' - Roswell

This is the closest Dunkin Donuts to my apartment. Honestly I came here once had a bad experience due to the owner not understanding my order and giving me something completely different. Today I was giving this location another try, same thing once again, though this time the owner decided to argue with me. The girl taking payment did apologize which I sincerely thank you. Regarding this facility I would not recommend. Please drive out of your way for great customer service at a different location.

Flooding cans, bathroom was a chaos (workers stepped out before us) the donuts were most stalking I saw and when we asked for fresh donuts, they put our stalking back into the display after we had them in our box on our table. eier and cheese packaging was burned to a cripple that had to be asked for new ones and the owner was there! I can't believe this place is still open!

The customer service is horrible I literally just left the drive through I was polite I said thank you and good morning and the rude middle eastern man in the window just threw my food and closed the window … Never again

Rude menschen, stale donuts, terrible service. at least my coffee was warm.

Just stopped to get an iced coffee and it is disgusting. A vanilla ice coffee with cream and sugar, how hard is that to make? It tastes terrible. Final change with Dunkin today. Yuck!!!
