Zorba Take Away - Rossendale

If you fancy a takeaway delivered over an hour late and when it arrives is stone cold then step right in to Zorbas at Haslingden ! It doesn’t matter if the e mail confirmation says it should be with you within 55 minutes you just add an hour plus on !!! Make sure you have pre heated your oven as it will arrive stone cold along with some pathetic half wit excuse about the weather or the dog ate the order confirmation slip …. Don’t bother phoning either to chase it up as the phone is always inevitably conveniently off the hook… Customer Service is the pits here…. Will never ever visit again and suggest avoid at all costs . Absolutely shocking poor food n service .

I had to cancel an order last minute due to an emergency at home. The man on the phone was very rude and was not understanding at all. After explaining I was on the way to hospital with my children the man continued to yell at me over the phone. Will not be ordering from here again.

Great take away. Been coming to this take away for over 15 years, Never been disappointed with the food or the service. Great taste , good size portions good prices. Highly recommend any of their dishes. NP.

Thought we would try a new takeaway always use same ones food was 45 minutes late stone cold and inedible waste of £19 will stick to our usuals from now on

IF I fancy a kebab I always use these guys, food is always good sometimes you may have to wait a bit but they get pretty busy says a lot
