Guests rave about standout dishes like fish tacos and flavorful appetizers, while the renowned cheesecake remains a favorite, despite its premium price. Service generally receives high marks, with attentive staff enhancing the dining experience, though some busy days may lead to longer waits. The atmosphere is comfortable, and parking is convenient. Diners appreciate the warm welcome, clean facilities, and generous portions. Whether celebrating a special occasion or enjoying a casual meal, this restaurant consistently delivers satisfying experiences for all.
I've never been disappointed with the food at a Cheesecake Factory and this was no exception. We ordered several appetizers as our dinner and it was more than enough food. Every single one was delicious. The sauces and chicken with the Thai lettuce wraps were incredibly flavorful and it was difficult to pick a favorite from the egg roll sampler. The spicy chicken nachoswere just plain overkill, but I'll get them again! They were delicious...and big! We washed it all down with a Georgia Peachand a Skinny Margherita. Can't wait to do it again.
When dining at a national chain restaurant, you can expect consistent food quality, predictable service, and pricing. During our visit on Father's Day, we were informed of a 30-45 minute wait, but were pleasantly surprised when we were seated in just 25 minutes. The greeter's strategy of underestimating the wait time worked well in keeping guests happy. Once seated, we received a warm greeting and our drinks were served promptly. The fried Mac and Cheese balls were particularly delicious. The staff efficiently cleaned and prepared tables, and the bathrooms were clean. However, there seemed to be a shortage of wait staff, possibly due to the busy holiday. Some tables expressed disappointment in the service and wait times. Additionally, there was a shortage of napkins, as they were not provided until requested.
I visited the restaurant just after the lunch rush on a Friday in May. Our server was excellent, and we were able to get a table instead of a booth. The bread we ordered was delicious and brought to our table in a basket. The menu was extensive, offering a variety of options including chicken, steak, salad, pasta, and seafood. I recommend trying something unique that you wouldn't normally eat at home. Be sure to save room for dessert, as it is highly recommended. The server also packed up our leftovers and cheesecakes to go, which was a nice touch. The entrance doors are large, but some customers may need assistance getting inside. The bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space for mobility. It's worth noting that many servers were still wearing masks in May 2022.
I'm an employee so it may be a bias opinion, however I absolutely love working for this company at this location!! Hands down we have the most attentive, understanding, not afraid to get their hands dirty, supportive management staff. We have the best groupof employees I have ever worked with. In 23 years working in food service or retail I have never had coworkers like the oneshere. They are the entire reason I stay and the entire reason I work my butt off when I'm there.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was fantastic and the portion sizes were just right. They even brought out bread and butter before the meal, which was a nice touch. My daughter enjoyed the perfectly cooked steak dinner and I loved the chicken with mushroom cream sauce. We topped off our meal with a delicious slice of strawberry cheesecake. Thank you for making my daughter's 17th birthday special! This was my second visit and I will definitely be coming back again.
