The bread and the greens were ok, but the meat was dry and had been left for far too long.

Incredibly competent craftsmanship, just walked out the door for the first time but can't wait to come back. Absolutely fantastic quality in both meat and bread, but also in execution. The taste gets an incredibly delicious depth from a very special mixture of the delicious chili, the lovely spice in the meat and the wonderful crispness in the bread...eminent meal, Roskilde always craves that, from the bottom of my heart thanks to the new owner.

Really good little eating place definitely worth a visit.

Nice flatbread with a bite, the meat is deliciously seasoned, and it is generally super tasty with grated red cabbage, lettuce, cucumber, red onion and tomato. It is so uplifting to have a delicious durum that is not just boring salad, kebab and dressing. DKK 66 for a good, heavy durum, perfect amount of ingredients, dressing and chili sauce, and the base is free of salad water and large amounts of oil. If you have time, it is clearly worth the short walk from the station. I don't remember getting better near the station. I will be back. 100

Good food. They still have all the same rats as Efe's used to have. People are not the best to listen or accept it when they have taken mistakes, but they are new and have only taken place this year (2023) so that it is not very good one. The mood is not as good as it used to be, but I think it is just because of Efe is not there lengers and because of the people it came most just that they could get something good food and speak with him no longer. The mood the room has already really nice but I think to reach the people learn to really be more welcome and more like someone you can just have a good conversation with it will be much better, they just do not have the welcome feeling, but I’m sure that it will reach they won to it quite more. Extra note: I thought it is a little sight that it gave it a new name that was blinded with all the others so much. People remembered Efe name not just because of it was a good place but also because of it was short and easy to remember. Durumbar is a really generic name and there are at least 2 others with a close name that is no more a 5 minute walk away.
