Tang's Sushi - Roseville

All right. New favorite sushi place in the area. Order the secret menu Hummer Chips! Pic is rolling from Jeremiah (super spicy and tasty) and the island. California Roll is super good, even they are not all created as you know. Expect to wait 35 45 minutes on a table for top nights (like any other decent place in the Roseville/Rocklin area).

I'm new to the area and I heard big things about this place, so I finally decided to bang. After I tried several good reviews and pictures of people's orders that they published, I wanted to try to roll the fish lovers and the blue oaks. The first two pictures are what I expected and what people wrote and the third picture is what I got. The rice was very dry the rolls had not much taste. I was very disappointed and would not recommend it. I understand that I have ordered myself to come out, and I understand that the presentation is not the same as Dine in, but never had so sushi.

We heard raving reviews about this place and came to the festival. We were not disappointed! We came and sat down immediately, everyone was really nice and on drinks and orders. After about 15 minutes, our food begins to arrive and if there is something you should try, it is the Honey Spicy Chicken (I think that is what its called Lol). So juicy and well cooked! The mushrooms and onions were also delicious! We ordered 3 types of sushi rolls and the presentation was great! I would suggest ordering sauces to immerse the sushi, although we love saucy rolls, but they were not saucy imo.

Absolutely one of the best sushi restaurants we ever been too! Definitely worth the wait amd we will for sure be back!

We were absolutely blown away by this place!! We have had some amazing Sushi from all over and it has left us very picky about where we go. We had given up finding anywhere in our area for years! Then, on a whim we tried Tang?s for the first time last night!! Everything was so so fresh and the pieces of fish we got we nice and thick- not paper thin! We could actually savor the amazing flavors of the fish! It?s clean and tang and his staff are so friendly and right there to offer suggestions and to make sure everything came out perfection. People- order the Chef?s Special! It comes on a board with a ton of melt In your mouth sushi perfectly paired with the most amazing sauces that don?t overwhelm the freshness and flavors of the fish! Tuna fresh from Spain, Salmon straight from Scotland. Tang knows his stuff and it is obvious he puts his heart into making each meal a work of culinary art for your mouth!
