Fogo De Chao Rosemont

Fogo de Chao had better days. First it was packed. In the middle of a pandemic having the restaurant as crowded as it was is a huge irresponsibility. Forget about social distancing. Be prepared for long waitings to get served. After we were served for the second time we had to wait for about minutes to be served again. The variety of meat was also disappointing. During the approximately one hour and a half we spent there we were served types of meat types of beef, of chicken, of lamb, of pork and of Sausage. The quality of some of them was also no good. Our waiter tried his best to make it a good experience but overall I am very disappointed. I was expecting more for the price we paid, specially if compared to Texas de Brazil, which is about the same price and provides a far better experience

We have been to this location many times. This will probably be our last. We were there for Easter with our friends. We have the meat came by but it wasn’t the one that is house speciality. It was the bottom sirloin and top sirloin. Not our favorite. We fell kind of left out in the corner. We waited for a while for the meat to come by. Our bill was and we would have finished a long time ago quicker if the house speciality meat came by instead of the one that we didn’t care for. We requested the meat to coke by times and still waited for another mins. Just kind of disappointed

Some of the worse service I have ever received. This was an Easter Brunch. I went to their enormous salad bar which is always great. The omelette station was “unmanned”. When I asked where the guy or girl was the attendant told me I would need to come back. NOT what I would expect from Fogo de Chao. After I complained, again, an assistant MGR offered to have it made and brought over. minutes later I received a very greasy flat omelette with limited items which I ordered. Our waitress was non existent our entire meal. The meat gaucho’s passed our table multiple times without stopping or offering any meat. Potato’s were cold. As always the meats were were great when we were able to get their attention. To top it off I had to wait minutes for my check. NOT WHAT I EXPECTED OR PAID FOR

Naperville is way better they bring a continuous selection of different meats ambiance is better rosemont kept bringing the same meats and at one point stopped we asked for steak sauce and took twenty minutes to get it loud and disorderly
